Fairview Fields began when I was feeling burnt out from balancing my former career as a wedding planner and shifting more focus to our home life, with my husband and three young boys.

Soapmaking fit into our family's progress of becoming more naturally-minded and self-sustaining. It allowed me the creative outlet I needed as an artist, and it presented the opportunity to evolve into a flexible business to give my family all the attention they deserved.

We live in my childhood home on a road called Fairview, surrounded by our country fields and looking down into the Fox Valley. The same country fields that my great-grandparents worked after the original homestead was established. That old house is still standing today. A testament to the ingenuity, dreams, and hard work of my grandparents and great-grandparents. It really IS a "fair view" here.

There's no place I'd rather be, and no place I'd rather raise my children too. I hope that they grow up loving the outdoors, looking to God and nature for answers, playing in the dirt, (and of course, needing plenty of soap to wash up!)

We currently offer a variety of handmade goat milk soap bars and accessories, but our product line will continue to grow as I experiment with new techniques and recipes that I can't wait to share with you and your family!
